MARCH 17, 2026 | ISSUE 28 | PTO | CONTACT

Congratulations to our Roberts Elementary students, excelling on and off the field! From the Name That Book teams who won second place in their competition, to the Track team where the boys also brought home second place and the girls came up big with a first place win, the Roberts Mustangs shine in both academics and athletics. As always, a big thank you to our parent chaperones, as well as our Name That Book sponsors (Ms. Nelson, Ms. Brigman, and Ms. Villasenor) and track team coaches (Coach Montoya and Ms. Norman) for their time and dedication!

IN THIS ISSUE

Thanks to your generous donations at Fun Run and the Auction, we refreshened the Greenbriar entrance, cleaned out the gutter system, and installed gutter covers. No more oak trees growing out of the gutters!

If you thought last week was slow, buckle up...the Roberts PTO is running full speed ahead into Spring! From the PADRES Golf Tournament to Rice Baseball to Carnival and Spirit Nights in between, there's something for everyone in the next few weeks.

The Auction party and perks season also kicks into gear now- EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T GO TO THE AUCTION, YOU CAN STILL BUY TICKETS TO REMAINING PARTIES! All funds go directly to support the school. Everything from Dance with your Son and Dance with your Daughter to a Taylor Swift Karaoke Party to a Hawaiian Luau to getting your Birthday Greeting on the School Marquee are still up for grabs.

Want to be more involved? I need you! We are actively seeking Committee Chairs for next year. Many Committee Chairs make light work. Fifth Grade Events? Kindergarten Liaisons? Book Fair? Carnival? Room Parents? This is your chance to feel connected and do meaningful work for Roberts. Email me at president@robertspto.org and let's talk.

Lastly, come to the March 20th PTO Meeting and get to know next year's PTO President Emily Forswall!

WE ARE ROBERTS!
