Your generous PTO contributions are put to the best use possible, in consultation with the principal, the PTO Budget Committee and the PTO Executive Committee. Above is summary of what the PTO has funded for the 2023-2024 school year through 12/31/2023. Below are detailed descriptions.

Curriculum Enrichment: Funds the international garden, school newspaper, running club, school store, IB program fees & more! 

Staff Appreciation: The PTO hosts bi-monthly staff appreciation lunches, monthly breakfasts and provides teacher appreciation week gifts to show our wonderful teachers and staff how much we appreciate them. We also provide funds for teacher welcome back events, dinners, a holiday party, & more! 

Professional Development: Funds to send teachers and staff to ongoing professional development workshops and conferences, including IB training and math program training.

Classroom Supplies: The PTO provides funds to each teacher to purchase supplies to use in classroom instruction throughout the year.

Events: The PTO hosts many events throughout the year: Kindergarten Playdate, Class Coffees, International Festival, PADRES Campout, Winter Festival, PADRES Softball, Auction, Lunar New Year, Fun Run, Carnival and more!

Campus Maintenance and Improvements: Funds for general maintenance and improvements such as new concrete on basketball court, new gaga ball surface, turf on playground, painting, electrical, resodding soccer field, tree maintenance and more.
