“The only thing that you absolutely have to know is the location of the library.”   - Albert Einstein

The Roberts Library loves parent volunteers! Our goal is to support the Roberts Library, and we provide much-needed and appreciated assistance to our wonderful librarian as she builds literacy skills with our kids. And with the exciting introduction of a Maker’s Space to our Library, parent volunteers have plenty of opportunities to help both Ms. Nelson and the students.

We have daily half-hour shifts for shelving books, reading the stacks and keeping them clean, and helping Ms. Nelson with any other requested jobs. Once the Maker’s Space opens to students, we will need parent volunteers to help with the kids as they get creative and stretch the limits of their imagination. If you have experience with 3D printing, digital technology, and/or STEM skills, we need you!

Please reach out to library@robertspto.org with inquiries and to get on our monthly Sign-Up list.

The October Sign-Up is HEREYou must be VIPS-certified and complete one short training session for first-time volunteers.
