PTO Executive Slate Nominees, 2022-2023

Per PTO by-laws 4.3 and 5.6, we will be voting on the 2022-23 Executive Committee at the April 14th PTO meeting.

We are excited to announce next year's Executive Committee Nominees:

NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ROBERTS ELEMENTARY PTO BY-LAWS

Proposed amendment:

9.7 Duties of the Budget and Finance Committee. The Budget and Finance Committee shall be responsible for annually establishing the budget for the PTO for the fiscal year July 1st through June 30th. No later than ten days prior to the May <remove April replace with May> PTO meeting, the Budget and Finance Committee shall post the proposed budget for the following fiscal year in the School’s front office and shall, not later than ten days prior to the May <remove April replace with May>PTO meeting, notify the general PTO membership that the proposed budget is available for viewing. The proposed budget shall then be voted upon by the general PTO membership at the May <remove April replace with May> meeting.
