CULTURE OF GIVING
Now Through October 3

It is Week 2 of our Culture of Giving campaign. We are at 38% to our goal and still need to raise $62K before October 3rd. In the past, donations have ranged from $5 to $5000 and any amount is welcome.

Congratulations to Ms.Nguyen (K), Ms. Findley (2nd) and Ms. Johnson (4th) classes for winning last week's challenge. Theirs were the first 3 classrooms to raise $3,000. Each teacher will receive a $150 gift card to be used towards classroom supplies.

This week’s challenge: The top two classes with the highest total participation in the campaign will receive a donut party for their class.

PLEASE DONATE HERE

Please donate at the student level to split your contribution across multiple students and have one checkout.

CHECK OUT THE BENEFITSHERE. Donations across multiple classrooms will be added to determine benefit levels.

INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL ON OCT. 7!
Sign-up to Participate or Volunteer

The International Festival is coming up on Friday, October 7! The theme this year is Books and Stories. There are many opportunities to participate. Please click on the hyperlinks to sign-up:

International Festival Parent Presentations

Parent classroom presentations are a great way to get involved in your child's class ahead of the International Festival!  Your child's teacher will let the class know when there may be an opportunity to do an in-class presentation about your culture and traditions, usually in the 1-2 weeks before the International Festival, and you will schedule directly with them. You must be VIPS certified.

Amber Pyeatt and Wafa Taiym - International Festival Co-Chairs

ROBERTS WILL MISS YOU, MRS. WALJI!

The first person most new parents met as they joined the Roberts family was Aliya Walji, the Roberts campus registrar. For almost a decade, she has been the person to help parents navigate the enrollment process, a middle school application guru and an all-around wealth of knowledge for our campus. Effective immediately, Mrs. Walji is stepping down as the full-time registrar at Roberts. While she will still be around working behind the scenes to help, her bright and cheery face will not be found in the main office or at reception daily.

We are so grateful for Mrs. Walji’s hard work and dedication to the Roberts community over the years and excited for her to begin a new chapter in her life with her family.
