Thank you for your incredible support and for attending the Roberts Global Glam Auction!  Seeing our families, staff, and community members come together in such a meaningful way was truly inspiring. Your presence, generosity, and school spirit made the evening a tremendous success.

 

As we celebrate 90 years of Roberts Elementary, this event was more than just a night of fun, it was a powerful reminder of the strength and pride of our community. Your support directly contributes to the rejuvenation of our campus, ensuring that Roberts continues to grow, thrive, and serve students for generations to come.

PADRES GOLF TOURNAMENT

Join us for the 6th Annual Roberts Golf Classic benefiting Roberts Elementary, on Friday, March 20, 2026! Sign-up is still open with only three (3!) spots remaining. Anyone and everyone is welcome to play, no matter your skill level. 
 

When/Where: Friday, March 20, 2026, 11:00am Tee-Off @ Gus Wortham Golf Club
Teams: 6 teams (4 Players per team)
Format: Texas Scramble

Cost: $175 (includes 18 holes of golf, range balls, lunch, gifts and prizes)

ROBERTS CARNIVAL

The Roberts Carnival will take place on Saturday, April 11th, from 10AM to 2PM.Order your wristbands and tickets onlineand skip the line at the carnival! Order before April 1st to save $10 off the cost of wristbands.

ROBERTS AT RICE BASEBALL

Save the date andgrab your tickets! Roberts night at Rice Baseball will be on Friday, April 17th at 6:30PM. Rice will take on University of Memphis and Roberts will take over the hill in left field!

Students will also be invited to go onto the field at Reckling Park with the players for the national anthem!

INTENT TO RETURN FORM

Pleasecomplete the Intent to Return Form to help us anticipate student enrollment for the 2026-2027 academic year. The form should be completed for ALL currently enrolled students in grades Kindergarten through 4th — whether they will be returning to Roberts or not. The deadline for completion is March 17th, 2026.

2026-2027 SCHOOL CALENDAR APPROVED

 

The HISD School Board has approved the 2026-2027 academic calendarThe first day of school for the 26-27 school year is Monday, August 10th 2026 and the last day of school will be Friday, May 28th 2027.

Please plan your summer travels accordingly as all students need to be present on the first day of school.

YEARBOOK

Calling all 5th grade artists and graphic designers! The 2025-2026 yearbook cover needs you! Submissions are due this Thursday, March 5th to Ms. Punch.

TOY DRIVE

Two Lanier Middle School students are running a toy drive benefiting the Cornerstone Community Star of Hope. New or gently used toys can be brought to the collection bins at the front of the school by reception from through March 4th!

FAMILY FUN FRIDAYS ARE BACK!

Every Friday, the playground is open following dismissal! Join other Roberts families to hang out and get to know one another.

Please note:

  • Parents must pick up their student(s) and take them to playground area.
  • There is no access to the main building for restrooms or water.
  • If you bring snacks, please make sure you take all trash with you or place in the trash cans.
  • Do not park on School Street until the carpool line clears around 3:30PM!
RE CAMPUS TOURS

Prospective Roberts' families interested in touring the campus may do so on the given tour dates below. All tours start promptly at 9AM and parents should check-in at reception with a valid form of ID 5 - 10 minutes before the start of the tour. Appointments are not necessary. 

Tour Dates:
Tours will be held on the following Fridays:

  • March 20
  • April 24
  • May 15
